Its a functional space very close to the train do convenient

Walking distance near to Dotonbori. For those who enjoy strolling, this is a good location. Very convenient. The stay is clean and all the basic necessities are provided. It is super near to Yotsubashi station. There is a good coffee nearby. The only downside is the toilet is conventional one. Meaning no warming system, anyway it will only affect when you are travelling during winter. The rest is all good. Highly recommended.

도착하기전 리뷰를 살펴보는데, 무인이고, 카운터가 없으며 비밀번호가 있어야 출입이 가능하다는 걸 알았다. 몇번이고 아고다로 메세지를 보냈지만 호텔 관계자는 확인하지 않았다. 이메일로 메세지를 보냈더니 체크인 하루 전 날 이메일이 갔을거라고 확인하라고 했다. 그러나 아무런 이메일도 오지 않았었다. 관계자는 미안하다고 했으나 50분 가량을 그곳에서 낑낑대며 시간을 낭비했다. 다른 리뷰들을 보니 이런 경우가 잦은 듯 하다. 아고다에 올라와있는 호텔 사진과 직접 간 호텔 풍경은 매우 다르다. 직접 갔을때 더 어둡고, 더 낡았다. 그리고 수건은 인당 2개만 제공이 되었고 4박 5일동안 세탁을 하여 반복해 사용하였다. 그리고 방 안이 너무너무너무 x 100 추워서 기모 잠옷을 GU에서 구매했다. 히터가 안됀다. 바들바들 떨면서 잤다. 테이블이 없으니 이점 또한 참고 하길 바란다. 또, 호텔에서 사용하는 동안 나온 쓰레기는 모두 분리수거를 해야한다. 역과 5~10분 거리, 편의점, 마트, 가성비가 있다는 점은 큰 장점이나 다시 호텔을 고르라고 한다면 돈을 좀 더 내서라도 비싼 호텔을 택할 듯 하다.

no reception or lobby, didn't get their email on how to get in the apartment. all rooms appears dirty, dirty sheet, hairs everywhere at the bedding. one room have problem with water heater, get it fixed by following their instructions via line messaging. no elevator, cold lobby and stairs. the only plus is it does have washing machine

It’s a condo without staff but they reply easily if you have concerns. Our room is clean and big enough for 2 people with 4 luggages. Complete amenities inside the room. The place is near Family Mart and Aeon Food Style/grocery. It is just a 15 minute walk from Shinsaibashi and near subway stations. I will definitely stay again here because the price is so affordable for the location and its amenities. Super recommended!!😍
