A&R Urban Hotel

The hotel quite good and clean. Near to City of Kuala Lumpur. Next hotel easy to get food and market.

Frinedly staff during check in, the room is clean and modern. Complete facility without refrigirator

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are quite a few areas that need improvement. For example, the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor. In the front-facing rooms, you can clearly hear traffic noise from the road, and even the sound of water running from upstairs is quite loud, which affects sleep quality. Additionally, the doors on the same floor are very noisy when opening and closing, which can be quite disturbing and may wake you up. However, the bathroom was clean.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel was clean comfortable and the facilities were great. The staff were also very nice, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.
