Unzen Obama Onsen Juraku

The highlight was the staff. Everyone was friendly and patient. The room was very clean. It was a little dated but functional. I was there in the winter and the room is very cold and the heat dissipates quickly. My only other complaint is specific to my room. I was in the room right next to the onsen and it was very noisy during the hours that the onsen was open. It was also described as a mountain view room but really was just the parking lot. Breakfast was very good and the private onsen time was appreciated. Overall, it was a good value and I would stay again, just maybe request a different room.
