26.05.30We made last minute booking on this hotel online, check in process was smooth, security assisted to get a parking spot in front of hotel. Room rate is reasonable with complimentary buffet breakfast. Room was not big but clean and equipped with all we needed. Taiping Lake Garden just across the road. Overall a pleasant stay.
26.05.28 By far, the worst staycation ever for my family.
Parking
- Mention limited parking , but no parking at all. Already inform counter that i have infant and 2 child . I understand , it was Saturday/Sunday peak week, I saw basement still available parking bout 3 park . But decline by guard on park. That day, it was raining. Very unreasonable. Guard ask me to park at field near the hotel behind about 30-50 less still to cross road , need to uturn and very upleasent. Atleast gave us a temporary spot till rain stop or offer and umbrella.
Windows
- pull key on the room window are feet level , very dangerous to children and not lock at all. Only pull the key and then it can open. Not a good safety at all.
Receptionist
-when we are ready for check out, reception did not shown a warm apreciation like say thank you , smile and please come again. Only said, thats all. When i gave a key room . Warm welcoming would help calm unsatisfied visitors.
Positive
- a lift compare to nearby hotel.
- very polite bell boy ask if we need trolly for bags .
-location was great point plus.
Overall, not value for money and will not come again. Thanks
