An excellent high-standard hotel right in the city center! A real hidden gem among all those overpriced hotels in England.

Hi. I don’t know but someone is using fake pictures for Attractions. My room wasn’t the same one from the website booking. In the toilet was an unpleasant smell all the time.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights following the pictures I saw on Agoda when I arrived I was told they do not have any room of such and I was very disappointed as all rooms were small,the bathrooms were Tiny and not suitable for family,this site is misleading and it’s very wrong.

I booked a double room for my family following the pictures I saw on this site on arrival I was given a tiny room with tiny toilet,I asked why and I was told the don’t have such a room in their hotel I was disappointed and devastated,how can you put a picture of what is not there?i would have cancelled but it was already too late I had arrived late and no time to book another hotel but I won’t recommend this hotel for couples if you wanna sleep for work or airport run great.

I would definitely recommend!
