저희가 예약 실수한 게 있어서 일정을 바꿀 수 있냐고 여쭈어봤더니 처음엔 아고다 허락을 받으래서 아고다 측으로부터는 오케이를 받았는데 갑자기 또 안된다고 하시더라구요... 시간만 낭비했습니다. 또 원래 못 가는 하루를 그냥 날짜를 미룰 수 있냐하니 갑자기 자기들이 엄청 선심을 베풀듯이 하루 일정을 추가하면 하루치 요금을 더 받고 추가해주겠다는 당연한 말을 선심 쓰듯이 하는 게 기만처럼 느껴졌습니다. 이정도면 그냥 취소를 해주셔도 되고.. 아님 하루치만 환불해주시는 방법도 있었는데 아고측과 얘기한 내용을 전부 거절하신 거 같더라구요... 가실 분들은 정말 일정 잘 확인하고 예약하세요. 숙소는 좁은 편이었구요 방음이 하나도 안돼서 밤에 시끄러워서 잠을 편히 못 잤습니다. 또 화장실 구조가 독특합니다.. 저는 적응이 안되더라구요. 거울도 없으니 여자분들 화장하실 때 참고하세요~

We arrived at 11pm. Hotel claims reception closes at midnight. There was nobody there and no way to contact the hotel (their phone number didn’t work, it’s disconnected). I would avoid it if you’re wanting to be sure there’ll be people to check you in when you arrive.

We loved our room with the balcony. It's clean and spacious. The location is amazing and the staff is friendly! HOWEVER, the soundproofing of the room is not great. You can hear a lot of the noise from the street, as well as other rooms (not necessarily from the hotel, but maybe other floors). We are light sleepers so that made it tough to sleep, unfortunately. Another minor thing was that there was a water filter machine, but it was broken and was not fixed. So we had to buy water from elsewhere.
