26.03.27La habitación estaba bien pero en las 2 noches que he estado no he podido utilizar ni el baño ni la ducha. Menos mal que dentro de la habitación hay un pequeño grifo y me pude asear. Como no hay nadie atendiendo no pude pedir ayuda y él teléfono que ponia en la puerta no atendia. Una pena
25.10.26During our entire stay, we didn’t see a single member of the staff. The hotel was very basic, with no charm and no services offered at all. It didn’t even have double glazing, so you could hear all the noise from outside. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and there was little to no hot water throughout the stay.
25.10.24So the day of the check in we received a message saying there was some water consumption issues and the hot water would take some time and if it didn't work when we wanted to shower to try again in 30 min. It was too late to cancel as we were about to take an 8hr flight.
The check in is on a tablet no staff which wasn't too bad if your savy with technology. We were looking towards a hot shower and of course no hot water. We had NO hot water the entire 3 days we stayed and it made it impossible to shower.
We reached out to host and no response the entire time. I had to escalate it with Agoda and that was like pulling teeth for Agoda to contact host as well.
We paid ***USD and they only gave us an **USD refund. If u want to take your chances on a hot shower don't stay. We will never again!

The photos on the website clearly show a reception area and shared spaces, but the actual property turned out to be a run-down residential building with no public area whatsoever. This was not my first time staying at a hotel with auto check-in, and I understand such properties may not have staff on-site. However, that does not give a hotel the right to post deceptive photos that mislead customers into booking under false assumptions.
Moreover, the listing indicated that the hotel provides luggage storage service. In reality, the storage location is a 20 minute drive away from the actual property, which is highly inconvenient and misleading. I believe Agoda has a responsibility to verify that the information provided by listed properties is accurate and not fraudulent. By allowing such false information to be published on your platform, Agoda is essentially enabling deceptive practices making you complicit in what can only be described as a scam.
Failure to Follow Up
After reporting my concerns to the customer service team, I was told someone would contact me within 48 hours. However, it has now been over a week, and I have received no follow-up or response. When I contacted your support again, the agent was unable to provide any update or solution. This lack of follow-up is unacceptable and shows a serious gap in your complaint handling process.
Unprofessional Conduct by Customer Service Agent
The agent named Hazel handled my enquiry poorly. She failed to address my questions properly and ended the conversation without offering any assistance, leaving me with the impression that she had no intention of helping. As a global platform, Agoda should ensure its staff are properly trained in both customer service and complaint resolution. This experience was completely unacceptable and disappointing.
