24.10.21The room overall was very nice, but there were problems with several things. First of all the shower control for hot water was very hard to use, and I think there was a piece missing to control the knob to turn it on and off and increase the temperature. The bottom of the tub was discolored, so it looked old, but the walls had a modern, clean design on them. There was not a lot of room on the sink to put my toiletries, and no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink. Some of the towels were thin and worn looking. It was difficult to close and open the drain in the sink when I needed to put on my contact lenses. The temperature control for the room was easy to change. However, the microwave was so low down, and there was no lighting near it, so I had trouble figuring out how to use it and access the correct controls . Every time someone in the hallway closed their room door, there was a loud bang that sounded like it was in my room. My sliding glass closet was jammed, and it took me awhile to open it a little to hang my coat and get out the luggage rack. The bed was fairly comfortable.
25.09.18 Room ***was grossly infected with mold. The wall between the shower and the bedroom had mold stains all over it and was damp to touch. The smell in the room was terrible as well. So mad with myself that I didn’t take pics. I left within 3 hours of my stay. Would definitely want a refund but won’t sweat the small stuff.
