Great apartment in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again - staff were excellent & very helpful

Beautiful property in a great location

We stayed at COVE Arne Street for 10 days. The location is awesome. So handy to all the West End shows. Covent Garden is brilliant for shopping. Easy access to several tube lines for getting around London. The apartment was spacious with all the basics (except a can opener - there’s one there now). The heated towel rail didn’t work so getting wet towels dried was a challenge. We have multiple visits throughout our stay, which was a little inconvenient. But 2 of them were mandatory safety audits so can’t do much about that. The noise from the construction site directly over the road was horrendous from 8am to 5pm; but we were awake by 8 each morning anyway. If you want to sleep in then I’d check that the construction is finished before your stay. We should have received a clean of our apartment and bedding change with clean towels. This didn’t happen which is very poor form. Otherwise, the spacious comfortable apartment in a great location makes COVE in Covent Garden a winner.

Although this apartment has a lot going for it, there were a few shortcomings which irritated us. There were none of the usual staples provided which one might expect. Just a couple of sachets of salt & pepper, 2 coffee bags & a couple of teabags. We suspected that the washing machine might have doubled as a clothes dryer but if so, we couldn’t work it out & there were no instructions. The clothes hangers couldn’t be removed from the wardrobe so we had to drape our wet washing wherever we could. Shower screen badly designed. Tiny dining table with impractical & uncomfortable chairs. A number of basic interior design faults which were a bit annoying more than anything else.

Absolutely spectacular apt in unbelievably central location close to everything in Covent Garden. Cant wait for an excuse to return!!
