26.05.06This hotel is very well priced and only 10 minutes from Airport, however considering Thais airport is designed for travellers there is no ramp at the main front door to assist with getting you bags up over the step and into the hotel and absolutely no lifts so u have to carry all your bags up all the flights of stairs to your room.
26.04.30 It’s cheap, cheerful and clean. Close to Gatwick, but needs a taxi each way at £24, so add that to the reasonably cheap room, and car parking, it’s good enough for getting your head down.

25.11.19 Hotel is fine, good food, but I specifically asked for hotel stay with breakfast as we had I flight the next morning. On arrival there was a notice saying breakfast will NOT be served in the morning, the man on reception said "ask the reception for a refund tomorrow morning." When I asked for a refund for the breakfast they said we paid room rate only so no refund as we was miss sold the room as they haven't served breakfast for over 2 month. So if you want a stay with breakfast do not stop here.
25.11.17 The staff were not helpful at all during check-in or throughout my stay, which made the experience quite disappointing. Additionally, the room lacked some very basic amenities — there was no fridge, no drinking water, and no air conditioning. The locks in the room seemed partly broken, which raised safety concerns.
While the room size was acceptable for a double bed, the overall service and condition of the facilities were not up to standard.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so you can improve the experience for future guests. I hope the issues highlighted above can be addressed.
