25.10.12I always make it a point to confirm my reservation with the accommodation prior to arrival. However, despite reaching out a total of six times (via LINE and email) over a two-week period before my scheduled check-in, I received absolutely no response from this property.
Furthermore, I had pre-arranged to store my luggage after check-out. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was out on patrol during the agreed-upon time, which forced me to continue my itinerary while carrying all my bags.
Finally, I booked a triple room online, but the room provided was clearly set up for only two people. There were only two sets of towels and two pillows, and the bedding consisted of two single beds.
Aside from these three significant points, the hotel was generally fine, and the service attitude and speed of the counter staff (when they were present) were satisfactory.
