The view from this hotel was unreal! The staff do a wonderful job taking care of the property, servicing the room and delivering the amazing breakfast. Panos went above and beyond in communicating with us when our flight was delayed. We got into our room after 36 hours of travel and had a hot breakfast delivered. He had thankfully written down every recommendation on a map for things to do as well as restaurants. About the only thing we remembered was the walk to Oia would be worth it. When we walked to Oia from Fira and couldn’t find a taxi anywhere we messaged Panos and he recommended the bus back for 4€ and sent us directions to the bus stop.

滞在前から、タクシーの手配、レストランの予約に親身に相談に乗ってくれました。自分で依頼したタクシー時間ではなく、この方がいいと時間の変更も提案してくれました。早朝便だったので、適切な時間にしてもらってよかったです。要望にも適切な対応をしてくれました。 時間が合わず、評判の良い朝食を食べれませんでしたが、メニュー表を見るだけでも、細かくオーダーできるようになっており、食べたかったなと思いました。 大変だったのは、チェックアウトの際に、スーツケースを持って階段を登るところがあり、筋肉痛になりました。

Absolutely amazing hotel in Santorini. Fantastic room, very clean, unbelievable views and amazing staff... complete with a bottle of Prosecco and tasty made to order breakfast every morning.
