직원분들도 친절하고 레스토랑 식사도 가격대비 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 단지 엘리베이터가 없는 관계로 3층을 캐리어를 들고 오르 내리기가 힘들었네요.

We were only here overnight but the staff left a great impression on us! So helpful telling us the quickest way to the airport literally saving us time. The suite was superb! Comfy beds, spacious, car park close by. The restaurant was lovely and had vegan/vegetarian options. Highly recommend Hotel Cool.

Despite the name, Zagreb Cool Hotel feels more like a motel than a hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. We stayed in the family room located at the far end/back of the property. Unfortunately, the back door leading directly to the road was wide open with very limited lighting at night, which made the area feel a bit unsafe since anyone could easily walk in. The carpet in the room appeared quite dirty, which triggered my allergies, and my roommates were bitten by mosquitoes during the stay. There was no air conditioning as it was winter, but since the unit is a split-type system, it would have been helpful to give guests the option to turn it on as the room felt quite stuffy. We were hesitant to open the windows since the room faced the road and there were mosquitoes around. The room lighting could also be improved as it felt quite dim. The main positive point is that the property is close to the airport and offers a shuttle service for €9 per car, which is convenient for early flights.

There’s nothing in the room except for a bed and bathroom so just staying for a night before an early morning flight would be the only reason to stay here. Only excellent thing in the hotel is the shuttle deiver who drove us to the airport
