It is a great place to stay, amazing location in the center of Rome and the staff are great. It also has good security's and cameras in the building. It is in the center The only down side is that there isn’t an elevator so if you have multiple luggage’s you will have to carry them up a set of stairs. The stairs go up to 4 floors.

Loved our stay! We stayed on the top floor and the apartment was clean and modern, surprisingly spacious . It was a great retreat. Great location with cafes and restaurants just a walk away! Only down side is there is no lift and the stairs are steep and narrow . Not ideal for anyone with a lot of luggage . Enjoyed our stay that much we extended another night and they let us stay in the same room which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good place to stay. No reception, all communication through Agoda app. You get sent key codes. The biggest downside, no lift and an incredibly steep staircase. Thankfully the taxi driver carried our bags to our room. Basic kitchenette facilities, but does include pod coffee machine. No housekeeping, after 4 nights we contacted via Agoda app for fresh towels, which were delivered to the room. Big room, bathroom tight.

The stay was mostly as expected. The room itself was fine ( could be a bit cleaner). The problems were that the mattress was uncomfortable and that there was no cleaning during the stay itself. There are a lot of steep stairs but we knew that coming in. If your looking for a relatively fair price for a good location but not the best facilities it answer's that description.
