This is a very cosy and warm place at the centre of Rome, Piazza de Spagna. The host is very humble and responsive. Room is clean and a few steps away from famous places like Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and even the metro station. The only draw back is the rooms are located at second floor and there is no lift. So please do keep that in mind.

A great base from which to explore Rome - just a few minutes walk from The Spanish Steps. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet (despite the very central location).

The hotel is very well located, close to everything, and very clean. You just need to communicate with the owner via WhatsApp; otherwise, it can be difficult if you arrive very late, because you will need the access codes for the two entrance doors. That’s why it’s important to stay in touch. I didn’t have this information at first, so it was a bit difficult in the beginning, but afterwards everything was fine. It’s really beautiful and very well located.
