We were in Rome for a few days and this place was the perfect combination of price, easy location for walking around Rome, and clean, comfortable place to stay. Would stay again and would recommend

Agoda fumbled the reservation and caused issues with my check in, and then failed at the customer support. However the guest house is a great location and value. We will use this location again, but unlikely to use Agoda to do it. If you reserve and have issues upon chrck-in, recommend you reach out to the hotel on WhatsApp to check-in.

Upon our arrival we felt very welcomed and happy. Flaminia was always reachable if we had questions/concerns and we would like to give a special shoutout and thanks to Eni, the receptionist, she was very accommodating and gave us very good recommendations for where to eat and go. Our room was spacious and clean. We rested well here after a day of exploring and loved that the guesthouse location was near the colosseum, some restaurants and shops. We did get a knock on the door for being a bit loud at 6am after waking up but we understand that it's a guesthouse so the soundproofing won't be as good as a hotel room. Overall, we would definitely stay again when we visit Rome and also recommend it to others wanting to visit the Eternal City. Thank you Flaminia, Eni and Antonio ❤️❤️

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Just a few stone’s throw away from the colosseum and Roman forum. With lots of local and authentic and really good restaurants within your reach. I have to give it to Flaminia who was spot-on very warm and hospitable. She made sure that all our needs are well appointed. Many thanks to the staff as well, who always tidy our room. Our first time in Rome is made even better because of this hotel. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

当天很早落地，想先寄存行李，但在软件上找不到可以联系住宿的方式，到达酒店门口按门铃也没有人开门，打电话也没人接，天气很热真的有点崩溃，后面找到本地地陪通过whats 联系到了房东，才拿到密码进去了，这个不算是酒店，是居民楼里一户有好几个房间的那种，洗澡不知道为什么洗不干净，水一直滑溜溜的感觉，不是很舒服，退房时间是早上十点，退房后寄存行李要收费，除去这些，酒店位置离斗兽场很近，步行10分钟就可到达，离地铁站也是步行10分钟左右的距离，附近很多饭店，但都是景区饭店的水平
