26.03.16The lobby looked a little run down and my expectations were not high, but the room and the onsen more than made up for it. The food was fine, had better elsewhere, but that's not why you come here. Yugawara is a treasure. Lots of delicious options in town.

25.10.31Everything is good, especially all staff in restaurant, reception and staff in onsen are very tentative. One highlight which is pretty annoying was the morning announcement around few minutes which release EVERULY MORNING at around 9ish. We couldnt turn it off inside the room and the speaker was right above the bed. I am not sure about the contents of announcement but i was woke up suddenly because of the noise. Is it possible to let customer to choose opt out or turn it off?
