Checking in was confusing. When we arrived around 6 PM, there were no staff on site and we had to call to find out that check-in was done online. We never received clear instructions for the online check-in beforehand, so the process was frustrating. The same issue happened during check-out, which made the whole experience a bit of a headache. The room itself was quite small and not the cleanest I’ve stayed in. It also would’ve been nice to have a chair—sitting on the very soft mattress wasn’t comfortable. On the positive side, the grab-and-go breakfast was convenient.
