Luggage storage requires staff assistance since entering booking reference number doesn’t work, but staff isn’t accessible always. Calling them according to the instructions in the front desk doesn’t work until looking for them on 2/F staff office.
26.03.23 The photos on the website are somewhat misleading and don’t fully reflect the actual rooms. The room I originally booked was much smaller than expected, and this wasn’t clearly indicated online.
I decided to upgrade to a different room, and fortunately, the staff member assisted me with the change. She was helpful and showed me the new room beforehand, which made the process easier and more reassuring.
