I have been here for 2 days, the receptionist who is sitting in morning was so arrogant, and the rooms are are Good, but its full leaking of Ac water, and lots of rats are there I have lost 2 shirts which was chewed by rats, Pls be safe with Children,

It is old hotel and need renovation

The ac is not working , tv is not working properly, even they dont have fan in the rooms , for a relief they probided a table fan , the jacuzzi is not working , in the pages they shown pool os available and the pool is shut down for a long time

The property appears quite old and not well maintained. Basic amenities were not up to expectations—there was no restaurant available, and the TV in the room was not in working condition. The refrigerator was also ineffective; although the light was on, it did not cool, and food kept inside got spoiled. Cleanliness needs improvement, as there were visible stains on the bedsheets, and even basic items like tea cups and plates had chipped edges. Breakfast was very limited, with only one item served in the room based on availability rather than choice. Only one complimentary water bottle was provided, and additional bottles were chargeable. Overall, the experience felt more like a basic lodge setup than a hotel stay. Unfortunately, we had to proceed with this booking due to last-minute constraints, but overall, the stay was not satisfactory.
