The location and resort ambience truly stole my heart. The natural beauty blending into the sea and the stunning view of the Adani International Seaport from the infinity pool were incredible. However, I also want to share something awkward that happened during check-in. We felt that the front office staff were discriminating and seemed to be expecting only foreign and North Indian guests. When we stepped in, the very first question we heard was, “Hope this is the resort you booked, right?” After paying almost *** for our stay, this was shocking and disappointing. Initially, they did not even allow our car to be parked inside. We had to raise our voice and tell them, “Please check your booking list. We are here with a confirmed booking; we are not here by mistake.” After that, things went smoothly and we enjoyed the resort., but the first impression at the front office was really hurtful.

Every inch of the place exudes luxury. It is a very peaceful place with a great view!! Ideal destination to de-stress and unwind.

Decent stay for a night , but bit expensive..

We had a great stay Positives 1. Good spacious room 2. Neat and well kept property 3. Good courteous staff 4. There is beach access from the property 5. Can see the Vizhinjam port from the property Negatives 1. Felt the portion size for the food ordered at the property was very less compared to the charges

We had a great time…only one thing we had issue with was the air conditioning…they tried to work on it, but did not help much. We’d definitely go back there again, may be not in Summer!
