KTDC 마스콧 호텔 티루바난타푸람

The staff at Mascot were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the front desk who went out of their way to help us identify our seat numbers on our return train journey to Kochi. The hotel is centrally located, with attractions such as the zoo and Napier museum only a short walk away.

Great location But too many works going around the hotel .

We had booked at KTDC Mascot for one night for about 5k. Overall it was a really good experience with the room being big and spacious with all amenities worth at this price. This hotel is located at a prime locality of trivandrum city. There is enough parking space and security guards were also friendly and helpful. But the hotel staffs were not that welcoming especially the people at the front desk. We have ordered meals for lunch along with fish fry which was not worth for that huge price

Excellent heritage hotel, with superb facilities and very helpful staff!

The entrance to the hotel lobby is under repair and is blocked. There was no sign posting and the security guard has a couldnt-care-less attitude. The AC in the room was not working properly and the mechanic insisted that the AC is fine. Had to get a pedestal fan in the room to sleep at night. It is a government run hotel and service is not a priority there
