아파트먼트 선플라자 린카이

오사카 메트로의 미도쓰지 라인 나카쓰 역에서 5분 정도의 거리입니다. 가깝다면 가깝고, 멀다면 먼 거리죠. 근데 이런 가격에 이런 숙소를 구하기는 어렵습니다. 편의점도 주변에 많고, 이온 푸드 몰도 5분 이내의 거리라서 그런지 저녁에는 이온 푸드 몰에서 할인하는 도시락사다가 먹었습니다. 정말 좋은 숙소였어요. 6박을 머물렀는데, 첫날에 위치를 잘 몰라서 우메다역에서 갈 때는 힘들었지만, 나카쓰 역이 인근이라는 것을 알게 된 이후부터는 괜찮았습니다.

建物は古いので設備はそれなり。ウォシュレットなし。ただし調理器具や雨の日の傘の貸し出しあり。メトロは中津と、頑張れば中崎町も利用可。お値段リズなブラなのでリピート確定です。

Its an old bldg. Elevator is kinda old. You throw your own trash. Its a bit scary to go there at night because you can see one to two or no one in the street.

One of the best value stays in Osaka, considering its location within Umeda. Centrally located at the heart of Osaka. Although no stations nearby, its a 10-minute walk from Umeda/Osaka station, 5-minute walk from Nakatsu station, which is 1 train ride away from Umeda or Namba while also being located in a calm, quiet neighborhood though you can feel the age of the building. The room is more than enough for 1, although the hallway is a bit cramped because of the mini kitchen, cabinet, which can clothes, coats and 1 large suitcase, and bathroom. The bedroom itself is large enough that you can open a 1 large suitcase no problem. Generally, the room is clean, have no complaints. For the amenities, only complaints are the toilet is not the modern one and no utensils provided for eating or equipment for cooking and the most important, Wi-Fi is very inconsistent and slow to the point its unusable. There is a microwave, water heater, refrigerator and hair dryer in the room and a washing machine on the floor. Also, the staff are very kind and accommodating and will go out of their way to help you especially staff Okuno. Overall, if you’re a solo or max of 2, this is a worthwhile stay.

This is a super budget apartment-style hotel, not a proper modern hotel. Good for saving money, but comes with trade-offs.
