I am very disappointed, no floor number or room number provided,only bldg address, we send email they reply more than an hour.we are just standing. They send the door code more than 1hr, when we open the door it smells bad. I am totally disappointed, we open the cabinet and theres a stuff of bad smells,we cannot stay much longer at that kind of condition. We immediately decide to find another hotel. It cost us a lot of money. I am very stress my blood pressure is high. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE, photos are misleading. To the property manager, you dont know how you cause us trouble. sanitize your place, use finishing spray so that the bad odor will gone. Improve your accomodation, WE PAID FULL BUT WE DID NOT USE THE ROOM. I send multiple email for at least refund us a little but you did not reply.
