리엔 니시 신주쿠

위치가 살짝 애매하긴한데 니시신주쿠역이랑 걸어서 3-5분 거리라 괜찮고 신주쿠역까지 두 정거장이라 괜찮습니다. 주변에 편의점 3개 정도 3-5분거리고 역 옆에 있어서 집갈때 들리기 좋았습니다. 1층은 현관이고 2층은 침대 2개에 소파, 거실, 주방, 화장실 있고 3층은 침대 3개로 구성되어 있어요. 계단이 짐 옮기기 빡센데 뭐 할만해요. 계단은 신발 벗고 이동합니다. 화장실이 1개라 불편할 수도 있는데 큰 불편함은 못 느꼈어요. 일단 너무 깨끗하고 화장실도 욕조도 있어서 꽤 넓어요. 수압도 쎄요. 5명에서 이용했는데 저렴하게 너무 좋은 곳에서 지냈어요. 한국인으로써 추천합니다. 참고로 새벽에 신주쿠 돈키호테에서 택시비 1000엔 나왔습니다.

The property is very near to the train stations and convenience stores. We had several large luggages but we managed to get to the place easily. Amenities and facilities are complete. Washing machine had dryer function which is incredibly helpful. You could reach them directly via email and they respond fast for any inquiries I had. Only downside is they don’t have luggage storage area when we arrived there earlier than the check in time. So we had to look for places to store our luggage while we explore the area. Overall will recommend this place and would book here again if given a chance.

Host very responsive to our queries. Compact cozy apartment fitted with basic amenities for short stay. Bathroom appears newly renovated👍👍 Train station walkable, bus stop to Shinjuku Station West Exit and Tokyo Yaesu Exit. Convenience shops along streets, local and western fast food joints around. Qaint location behind high rises.

The apartment is nestled at a great location, 7 mins walk away from the nearest bus stop and 4 mins walk from the nearest railway station. The host is responsive and accommodating. We went through a lot of hassle checking in and entering password but somehow it started working after 40 mins of us waiting outside. The only thing missing is dinner plates (I don’t know why they only have quarter plates in Tokyo). Apart from this, the apartment had everything one needs to stay at length. Thanks to the host for making it comfortable for us :)
