Near station. The room is big and clean. We had enough room for our luggage. But there is no elevator. Make sure to book on lower floors. We were at 4th floor and it was a challenge bringing our luggage down

히비야선 이리야역 도보 3분 거리, 2박 3일동안 정말 편하게 지냈습니다. 청소도 깔끔하게 되어있고, 방 크기도 넓고,변기와 목욕공간이 따로 분리되어 있어 화장실 이용도 편했습니다. 또한 목욕공간도 매우 넓어서 좋았습니다. 수건도 여유있게 비치되어 있었고, TV도 크고 잘 되며, 냉장고도 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 간단한 미니 테이블과 소파가 있어 잠시 휴식을 취하기도 좋았습니다. 처음에는 다소 방이 쌀쌀하게 느껴졌으나, 난방이 잘 되어 곧 따뜻해졌습니다. 체크인 전 , 체크아웃 후 짐도 보관 할 수 있어 정말 편했습니다. 상주 직원은 없지만 모든 안내사항이 상세히 안내되어 있고, 문의 메세지에도 빠르고 정확하게 답변 해주시는 등 아주 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터가 없는것은 다리가 불편한 분들에게는 다소 불편하실 수 있습니다. 체크인 전에 메세지로 낮은 층을 요청드려 그래도 편하게 쓸 수 있었습니다. 가격대비 정말 좋은 숙소입니다. 도쿄에 묵을 다인 숙소를 찾으신다면 추천 드립니다.

We chose this place because we wanted to not spend too much on accommodation in tokyo on our trip. This is a self service accommodation, we did not see any staff from start to end. Communication was purely via the Agoda app. Room was a little small and we were allocated the 4th floor. Do not book this place if you have many luggage, we had to carry up 3 large luggage which was no fun. Nonetheless it's in a nice quite neighbourhood with plenty of convenient stores around, you'll be able to get to where you want easily from the metro nearby. Only recommend if you dont have much luggage!

Clean n hygiene, located at quite housing area. Location is good but the minus point of it is NO LIFT. You gotta carry your luggages climbing up a narrow staircase. Cs response also very very slow.

Hotel room is spacious compared to typical hotel rooms in Japan. Very near a subway station. However there is no elevator so it was a struggle going up and down the rooms.
