KANDA SHINJUKU HOTEL

가족여행으로 머물다갔는데 너무 좋았습니다! 교통도 편했고 신주쿠역으로 걸어서는 20분정도 버스타면 금방 도착하는 거리에요 오히려 안전하고 시끄럽지않아서 좋아요! 숙소 머무는동안에 방음,청결에 대해 걱정없이 잘 머물다 가요 ☺️☺️ㅎㅎ 다음에도 또 선택할거같은 숙소였습니다:) 도쿄치고도 굉장히 넓은 숙소라고 할수있고 그런면에서도 가성비 좋은것같아요 커피포트도 있고 화장실과 욕실이 나누어져있어서 여럿이서 오기좋은 배려좋은 숙소였습니다 :) 감사합니다💖

The location is a 5-minute walk from the train station. The room needed to be cleaned before check-in; we found one of the rooms dirty when we arrived, so we had to look for another hotel to stay at temporarily. However, they said they would refund our first night. We also requested for the bed sheets to be changed, and they did so the next day. The rest of our stay went okay. The room was spacious and could fit all our luggage, even though we had a lot.

When we check in around 5pm, the room was not yet clean from previous renters. The phone number provided had no one pick up. Finally got a phone number and they send people to clean up.

at first i was terrified by the reviews from other guests before me. but as soon as i step in the room, it felt like the room was way better than what was described. i think i understand that some people might find troubles and inconveniences due to their visit time (probably in peak holiday season), that resulted in the management didn't have much time to prepare the room, and the people they brought within the visit may be children or others that might be sensitive to sound disturbance etc. but i was staying with 3 other guys and we didn't find any problem with the noise from outside. yes the insulation is bad, but that's not a problem at all for us i recommend this for those who travels not with their small children or elderly people, but rather if you want to have a great location for accommodation with a reasonable price with your friends
