Easy to commute, clean place to stay with amenities. Highly recommended

I stayed in room 101 on the first floor, in the one bedroom apartment as a group of three adults and one 14-year-old. This day was overall very pleasant and the host is very responsive. Here is the main pros and cons I experienced: Pros - place is very clean and tidy also fairly modern - room has a projector (keep in mind you will have to connect your own Netflix and navigate through the Japanese- not the clearest cast) - kitchen area was well equipped - accommodation was Max 5 minutes from the nearest train station Kita-Ikebukuro where you can ride one station to get to Ikebukuro station which is well connected with the rest of Japan and itself has plenty of things to do such as Sunshine City and various shopping streets -very quiet -paid parking lot available nearby -Strong heater and air conditioner Cons - The toilet room (separate from shower room) is definitely on the smaller end so keep that in mind if you are taller or larger as you may be uncomfortable in there - upon arrival I had not yet received the room number, front door code, or room code. I ended up getting help from another customer who spoke Japanese. Host was very responsive by email when I reached out to say I hadn't received the information. I'd recommend touching base with the owner in advance to make sure you have the info so that you can avoid that delay Overall very great stay with thoughtful touches. Lots or towels, disposable toothbrush given, good price etc. Would definetly recommend!

Great place size wise, especially compared to main areas in Tokyo. It's a very short train ride outside the common tourist spots. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

늦은 도착에 체크인을 할수도 없어 담당자에게 직접 전화를 해서야 둘어가는 방법을 전화로 들었네요. 밧데리도 간당간당해서 얼마나 쫄렸는지. 문자 질의는 체크아웃 후에야 답을 해주었네요. 방금 발견. 숙소 냄새는 뭔가 꿉꿉함에 불편하고, 위치도 이케부쿠로에서 가려면 러브호텔 지역을 한참 지나야 해요. 그러가 보니 한번더 전철을 타야해 추가 부담 있고요. 지금까지 여행 다니며 맘에 안드는 곳은 아예 후기를 안적는데, 이번엔 그 정도가 지나쳐서 후기 적어요. 샤워도 힘겹게 할수 밖에 없는 환경이구요. 아. 더운 물은 잘 나와요. 수건도 넉넉하고. 그게 다.

Very bad arrangement and the staff communication is very poor, can not speak English but yet want to do foreigner business… and the follow up is also very very bad
