The accommodation is located in the downtown Katsushika Ward of Tokyo, a 10-minute walk from the north exit of Shinkoiwa Station on the JR Sobu Line. The downtown area spreads around the 420-meter-long Lumiere shopping street on the south side of the station. It's best to walk after tea and shop. There are various restaurants near the station, a large 24-hour supermarket, and Don Quijote, which are perfect for buying souvenirs. Some drug stores are open until midnight. A 9-minute walk from the property, there is a large natural hot spring bath.
