High Five Guest House

No elevator lifts and luggage lift is not working. There's also an issue with the fire alarm system of the building. During our stay, the fire alarm broke out early morning. All guest staying that day was alarmed and do not know what is happening. We tried contacting the host but was not responsive with email or call. Eventually, this happened twice and firefighters was needed to assess and turn off the fire alarm. The building was okay if only the luggage lift is working. You should not book if you have large luggages
