26.03.20We stayed in Shinsekai Wellstay hotel for 4 days with 2 kids and it was really nice, clean and great for the value. We could access public transportation easily and walked to sights. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff was also helpful.
26.03.11 We were family consists of 3 persons. Each mattress was spacious for adult, no complain. The third one was wider as shown in the property picture. No Unpleasant smell. Room was well furnished starting from bedding, furniture, kitchenette, hair dryer, washing machine, toiletries, towels and room has terrace. It had outside scenery from terrace. The only cons during our stay was the functional failure of the electronic bidet since the first staying day, hence we were not able to use the bidet during our stay for 5 days. We have been complaining since the first day and the property staff told no one could be reached as it had been late to seek a help to fix. As advised by the staff during the failure we could use the guest toilet located in the down 1st floor while our room at 10F. The next day the other property staff promised to find help to fix it, but unfortunately till the 3rd day there was no anyone to fix it and the final news was the staff offered us to move to another room at 11F as the bidet can not be fixed for indefinite time. Do appreciated the offer, room at the 11F was bigger but we could not accept as the aircon had unpleasant smell, so we decided not to move. Although the room was comforting but unlucky we did not get electronic bidet function during our 4 night stay.
