It is located some distance from Namba Station, 15 -20 min walking. There are food stalls and coin laundry near its 5-10 mins walk . I use this place for rest only after my own traveling. This place has 24 hour supermarket nearby so you can shop late night food, snack and drinks. Staff are friendly and will answer your questions to their best. Overall, it is good for solo traveler.

The bed is large and comfortable. The humidifier was very dirty and not usable. No pajamas. The vault for valuable is buggy and can make you stress to locked your stuff inside. My friend has to wait 10-15 minutes at the front desk before seeing someone coming. I saw nobody when arriving later. Just went upstairs without having the opportunity to report that the TV was broken. Thankfully, we had a night on 12/31 for less than 10,000 yen. Otherwise would have been quite disappointed.

For a Japanese hotel room, it's quite spacious. Worth the money

It's close to other tourist place but you have to walk most of the time. On average minimum 13mins to station, close to restaurants around. Only has 1 lift you have to patiently wait. Staff are very nice and friendly. Still a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is okay, but really needs to work on its cleanliness. The rooms had so much dust, marks on the walls and the bathroom had mold. I cleaned the room with antibacterial wipes and ran the air purifier constantly and the room was still dusty. It needs a thorough deep clean, behind the toilets were dirty too. The rooms were large, but I had booked a king bed and the bed felt more like a Queen. The pillows were also odd? One pillow is a contoured memory foam and the other was more like a cushion...not great for two people, I feel they should provide regular sized pillows. The location is close to Dotonbori street which is good, but the road it's on is very messy, the building next to the hotel had a huge pile of rubbish that stank as you walked into the hotel. Overall, the hotel was probably 2 stars, it was cheap and a decent location, but I don't think I'd stay there again and would only recommend it to people who are okay with cleaning the room themselves...
