25.10.23 Not comfortable to rest 🥲 I didn’t get enough sleep because of noise. (Cleaning/mopping staff, footsteps in upper of our room) the room is not clean I asked for non smoking but it has ashtrays. The table has dirts and the sink has stains. The comforter feels itchy and unchanged. But the setup and facilities are good
25.10.12 Even if it’s nice I didn’t expect that this hotel was not clean. Maybe it was just old or just not haven’t clean. Even the staff we saw cleaning at the other room was not wearing a cleaner/staff uniform (and seems a bit pissed while cleaning) even though we asked for a non smoking room, we saw an ash tray. The remote control has dust and the sink has stains. And even if it’s 11pm onwards there are loud noises beside our room and above our room. Big footsteps and cleaning-like noises etc that made me sleepless and restless. But what I liked about the hotel is that u can watch tv while in the ofuro. The shower and toilet are separated and there’s a microwave u can use and also 1 bottled water.
