26.05.06숙소 장점은 이 가격대에 도쿄에서 이정도 크기의 방을 얻는게 거의 불가능이라, 방 크기만 따지면 가성비가 아주 좋다. 역에서 매우 가깝고, 주변에 먹을 것이 많다. 라인을 통한 상담의 응대 속도가 매우 빠르다. 샤워부스 작은거랑 밤에 다니기는 좀 무섭다 정도만 빼면 아주 괜찮은 것 같아요.

25.07.25 Overall, it's ok. This place was a lot smaller than I thought, especially the tatami area. There were four of us (2 kids and 2 adults). There's no place to place the table that's in the Tatami room since the place is too small.

Close to Otsuka station (5 min walk)
Has a small terrace
Fmaily mart downstairs
Lots of eateries nearby (there's a conveyor belt sushi place near the Otuska station and the price is very reasonable and very delicious!
Cons:
Room is smaller than the picture
We were at the top and had to use stairs since elevator only goes up to 5th .(If I remember it correctly)
Automatic light with a sensor in front of the washroom wakes everyone up at night !
25.05.03 The location is great. It's a 5 min walk from Outsuka station. However, it's bad for group travel. The futton was super uncomfortable. My back hurt after use. If you're solo or a couple, I'd recommend it. However, for groups, try to find another comfortable place.
25.04.15 Lovely place to coz up in. Good for a couple. Being in Tokyo the room is obviously a little small. But should do well for 2 ppl.
