25.12.30We spent 4 nights here at nestay. We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located 10 mins walk from Otsuka station. Getting to all the places such as Shinjuku and Asakusa is convenient as Otsuka is centrally located. The surrounding area around the apartment is also convenient as there are supermarkets 711 and family mart nearby.

처음 이신 여행객이라면 문 밖에서 30분 이상 떨어야 할겁니다. 무인 시스템이라 해외 이용객이면 당황 할겁니다.예약 사이트로 질문시 다음날 답이 오니 꼭 출발 하기전 비밀번호나 궁금한 내용을 문의 하세요.이메일은 답변이 20분 내외입니다.문이 전자식이 아니고 아닐로그 식이라 처음 사용 하는 사람은 어렵습니다.겨울에 가족들과 문밖에서 30분 떨었습니다. 이불이 너무 무거워 잠자면서 가위 눌립니다.그리고 세탁을 하는지 안하는지도 모를 이불이며 화장실에서는 찌린내가 너무 납니다. 그 냄새가 너무 역겨워서 3일동안 머리가 아팠습니다. 커튼으로 프라이버시가 보장이 안되서 엄마들은 어려울겁니다.
룸 클린이 안되서 청소 직접 해야 되며 분리수거 직접해야 됩니다. 이 가격이면 호텔을 가세요

25.04.27 Good accommodation from train station but not easy to find especially at night. Easy to food, shopping and convenience stores. Would be good to have a storage area for early arrival. We had to rent storage for our bags in the morning and then continue exploring Tokyo.
25.04.25 Ngga expect ternyata kamar kami di lantai 3 sedangkan kami bawa 5 koper besar. Lumayan berat utk naik turun tangga. Ukuran kamar bisa dibilang kecil. Kebersihan dan kenyamanan cukup ok.
