26.03.17This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a rental.
The apartment is absolutely filthy. It looks nothing like the photos - not even close (totally different apartment). Everything is worn down, broken, and poorly maintained. There is mold everywhere, a strong, disgusting smell throughout the space, and an overwhelming sense that the place hasn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time.
The cockroach problem is on another level. They are everywhere - not just one or two, but many. It makes the apartment completely unlivable.
To make things even worse, the staff was incredibly unprofessional. The woman responsible for check-in was rude, ignored messages, and showed up late without any apology or explanation. Communication was terrible from start to finish.
Overall, this place is dirty, misleading, and completely unacceptable. Do not trust the photos, and do not waste your money here

the apt was on the 39th floor. Amazing view from kitchen and bedroom.
The rest of the apt...
that's another story.
3 rooms.
One of which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm a non-smoker who values their lungs. Smoking is deadly. Even 3rd hand smoke (from the room) is dangerous.
That door remained closed.
Look at the photos...
Broken, beat-up, cracked, water stained, moldy, ripped, detached, etc.
5 stars for the view and location.
1 star for the condition
averaged = 3 stars.
Take note of todays date.
It's very possible, I'm hopeful, the owner will fixed it, paint it, and fumagate quickly, and turn it into a beautiful place.
Who knows, by the time you see this review, it "may" haven already been transformed into a 5 star apt. The place has potential.
25.11.26 Due to sudden floods
Our family couldn't make it for this vacation.
Tried to contact the host via phone number provided but no reply.
And there's no other ways to communicate with the host.
Resulting in paying full amount for the room but didn't get to stay.
And couldn't refund or cancel nor postpone.
PLEASE BOOK WITH CARE..
VERY BAR EXPERIENCE.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT
