Overall, a decent stay at BN Hotel. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel maintains clear rules, one thing to note is that seafood is not allowed inside the room, so guests may need to plan meals outside. Room lighting feels a bit on the romantic side, slightly dim if you prefer brighter lighting. However, the plus point is the room is relatively quiet with minimal traffic noise, making it comfortable for rest. A reasonable choice for travelers looking for a calm stay with basic comfort.

Stayed 14 days checked in by Mrs. Huong in a professional and friendly manner.All her team were friendly and informative. The hotel is a large complex in a lane way with nearby local eateries, laundry and shops. The hotel is a bit dated but our room was quite good.The buffet has a large variety of foods which changes everyday. The swimming pool step was missing un able to get in and out of the pool.After notifying Mrs.Huong it was rectified with in a couple days. I would recommend BN hotel and would come back again

Originally we stayed at this hotel for one night, but since we loved the staff and service so much we extented our stay. Location wise, it is great and close to everything. Definitely recommended.
