cleaning, safety neighbourhood, not really closer to centre 30 min by uber 25 min by train. check in only until 18:30pm, no after hours check in. This doesn’t says when you purchase it, as my plain got later I almost lost this reservation. thanks

The room was spacious enough, the cleaning lady never refilled our shower gel, they expected us to shower with 1 small bag for three days, considering that they charged us additionally for 3 stars hotel, this was the least expected,there is no reception in the afternoon so we couldn't ask for more, the whole room smelled like sewage (for 3 stars hotel not appropriate), stuff rude, lied about location it said 570m from city center and of top of it we were charged over what was said in the bill so we had to complain to the agency. In overall for 3 stars hotel, very bad service.

We stayed at this hotel during the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, and its location near San Siro—where the opening ceremony was held—was very convenient. As expected during such a major event, Milan was extremely crowded, with heavy traffic and long lines throughout the city. We informed the front desk in advance via Agoda messenger that we were delayed due to traffic while picking up our rental car. Unfortunately, we ended up checking out 34 minutes past the scheduled time. While we fully acknowledge that we were late and underestimated the traffic conditions, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and immediately demanded a €70 fee on the spot. This charge had never been disclosed to us prior to checkout, and the interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational, especially given the circumstances and the fact that we had communicated our delay. If friendly and understanding customer service is important to you, I would not recommend booking this hotel.

Rigid check-in time, and staff. Rooms are more like a pigeon hole.
