This hotel is a good value for money. The rooms are clean and functional. It is located in a less crowded surroundings. It is near 7-11 and other convenient stores. It has strong wifi, toiletries and essentials are provided. Walking distance going to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi hubs and train stations.

I liked this hotel because of its convenient location. It is about a 15-minute walk to the metro station, and the area is quieter compared to other hotels. The room was spacious enough to open our luggage and pack comfortably. The staff were very kind and allowed us to store our baggage after check-out since our flight was at night, which gave us time to explore the Namba area. The room was clean, and I especially liked the separate bathroom and shower.

The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a plus. The facilities also offered a range of amenities that enhanced the overall experience. However, I was disappointed with how a personal item I left behind was handled. A few hours after checking out, I realized I had left my eyeglasses in the room. I immediately called the front desk, as I was certain they were there — I had only worn them inside the hotel room and not outside during my stay. When I called, I immediately provided all the necessary information — my room number, my check-out time, and a clear description of what my glasses looked like — to make it easy for them to verify. Despite this, the staff quickly told me that nothing had been found. I was still on the line and asked if they could please double-check, as I was confident the glasses were in the room. However, they again responded that they had not seen or found anything. About five minutes later, they called me back to say that they had in fact located my glasses. While I appreciate that the item was eventually found, the initial response felt rushed and dismissive, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful.
