Very accommodating staff and lovely, cozy dining area that is well equipped with a coffee corner, fridge, pastry area, and large dining tables. Looking forward to our next winter stay

Great friendly young staff, who have the Best hospitality and make your stay comfortable and fun! They take you everywhere you need to go n their van, like restaurants and different snow mountains. Great breakfast cooked each morning with coffee and tea and a great drying room for all your wet gear at the end of the day. Only downfall was the bed wasnt as comfy as we would have hoped for but you pay for what you get with that in japan!

Wonderful staff. Perfect size room. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great and the location couldn't have been any better.
