Ottima posizione, strategica per ogni percorso in Matera e camera enorme come in un vecchio palazzo nobiliare. Unici ostacoli da superare la ripida rampa di scale (ma è una specialità della Città a cui bisogna abituarsi) e il basso ingresso nel bagno in cui ho lasciato parecchie capocciate. Ma per il rapporto qualità / prezzo ci può ampiamente stare.

SHARED BATHROOM ONLY I have booked a four-bed room at LA PERLA DEL CORSO on august 2019 for 1 night to visit Matera with my family. I am fully disappointed about the location. The stairs to the entrance door are very dirty as well as the balcony in the room, due to the pigeons’ excrements. The room is clean however very poorly furnitured. The bathroom is shared by three rooms, and we were lucky (or simply the only naif customer to book there) to be the only room booked there and the bathroom was only for us. This information was not well evidenced in the web description, but hidden somewhere in the sub-pages. Just after we arrived I expressed my complaints especially on the shared bathroom and the manager kindly explained that each manager decides how to describe the room and the service, a legal cheat! The bathroom is in a very bad situation: - the access is through a small passage were I could not stand (I am 1.80 m tall) - no soap available - the wc tablet was not fixed, likely broken - the shower has a curtain and it is very uncomfortable We paid 123€+8€ city tax (the last paid cash without receipt yet despite it was explicitely asked and it was supposed to be sent by whatsapp) for the room only without breakfast. I have checked and a four-bed rooms by Hotel Italia ***S costed about 170€+8€ city tax for the room including breakfast. Until now, despite I have asked few times, I have not yet received the official receipt of the city tax payment

Soddisfatto. Ottmo ambiente e pulito. Il gestore èdisponibile a risolvere anche piccole cose. Consigliato

Una truffa, Struttura totalmente priva delle condizioni igienico sanitarie, per poter svolgere questo tipo di attività

il riscaldamento ( tramite condizionatore) di una delle due stanze era fuori uso per cui no n'è stato possibile utilizzarla costringendo ad utilizzare un'unica stanza matrimoniale. Il riscaldamento dell'acqua era anch'esso fuori uso e pur avvertendo la sera prima non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema al mattino. Ingiustificabile.
