Good

The good: Beds we’re very comfortable, they provided 5 pillows for king sized beds, & microwave and refrigerator can be found in each room. The bad: The room was not cleaned properly before we checked in… the bathroom had not been swept or mopped & the sink had not been cleaned (not sure about the carpet). The two Indian men, that appeared to manage the hotel, was yelling down the hall to each other around 7:30am (not a nice way to wake up). The ugly: Upon first entering the room, I pulled back the covers on the bed to find blood, dirty tissues and dirt. After speaking to the gentleman at the front desk, he came into change our sheets. When finished, he brought us back into the room for our approval. His comments were focused on how the bedding was not properly staged, as apposed to the fact that the bedding had not been changed. The problem with companies bringing in outsiders to manage hotels is that they are not vested in the community and do not mind that their management practices are giving the town a bad impression on guests passing through. This hotel could be so much better than what it is if it was managed properly.

I would not stay there again... Reasoning.. The lobby is the cleanest part of the building, Who ever is supposed to clean the rooms is not doing a very thorough job, I was unable to even shower because the bathroom tub was nasty someone else's hair all over the tub, The customer service is Lousy walked through the lobby this morning to the person in the office sleeping at the front desk then I get attitude when I just ask a question as I was departing..needless to say I would not recommend this place to no one
