26.05.06Good location, not too far from the main station, but the neighborhood is calm and nice. The facilities, noise-proof room, support, etc. everything provided was satisfying 🙏

We had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated that they allowed our daughter to stay with us for an additional fee, which we were happy to pay. Do note that they are quite strict with headcount, likely because the room is on the smaller side, so it’s best to confirm the number of guests in advance.
The property is a clean 3-storey house, and while the room is compact, it was well-kept and comfortable enough for our stay. Just note that the bathroom is shared, so that’s something to consider if you prefer a private one.
What stood out most was the kindness of the caretaker. We arrived soaked from the rain, and they were very accommodating—they even helped wipe down our wet luggage, which we truly appreciated after a long trip.
The location is also very convenient, with restaurants, convenience stores, and train stations all within walking distance. As a bonus, we found the Ikebukuro area much more budget-friendly compared to Shibuya, especially when it came to food and everyday purchases.
Overall, a clean and convenient place to stay with warm service, especially if you’re looking for a practical base in Tokyo.
Make sure to exit exactly at North exit when you’re in Ikebukuro Station, otherwise, you’ll be lost like us on our first day!😂
26.03.15Nice place to stay at, good value for the amount paid, it's roughly a 5-10 minute walk away from the station and overall a nice and cozy place to stay at for the amount paid. Room was small but had enough room for most things you would bring for travel etc.

26.03.13Everything is fine except it's too far from station and the room is too small. Just enough space for walking for 1 person.
26.03.11With this hotel you get a decent place to sleep for good value in Tokyo. It's a convenient 15 min. walk from Ikebukuro, a major train station. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful! That being said, a little warning: If you like one of us is a light sleeper, you won't get the best sleep. The walls are paper thin, so when other guests come back in the middle of the night or have phone conversations, or when the street outside is alive with yelling people, you will get patchy sleep. We loved having our own shower and a shared kitchen, but it would have been nice for the foreigners with some more Western cutlery - there were loads of chopsticks, but only one fork, and no spoons or knives. Also, everything was clean, but just a minor cleaning thing: There was thick dust balls and a few pieces of other people’s rubbish under the bed.
