26.05.17The hotel/apt is in a good loacation, between 2 stations. The building itself is in an alley so it’s private. Rooms is as shown in picture. Staff is very responsive. The only caution is that there is no elevator but we knew that before we booked.
26.04.26 토요일에 1박을 했는데 도쿄의 숙소 가격을 고려하면 특히 신주쿠 근처 신오쿠보에 이 가격은 저렴하게 묵었다고 생각. 다만 호텔이라기 보다는 에어비엔비같은 느낌이고 무인이라 체크인 전 짐을 맡길 수 없는 점과 직원과 소통은 메신저로만 이루어져서 그 부분은 아쉬움. 숙소 자체에 만족도는 높았고 메신저로 직원들과의 소통도 원활했음.

26.04.06 Everything is good and well equipped. Clean and great location to the subway station. Need to take note no lift to the high floor. Avoid staying high floor if heavy luggage is expected
26.03.23 The location is very convenient. It’s only 1 stop away from Shinjuku and just a few minutes’ walk to Shin-Okubo station, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel is quite new, clean, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and everything felt fresh.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.
