26.04.06 Stayed at Ruen Tai Boutique for one night before an early flight. The guesthouse is close to the airport, but I took Grab since it’s still a bit far to walk. About a 15-minute walk to the main road with local eateries and a 7-11 store. Although airport transfer is mentioned, I didn’t request it. Check-in was a bit tricky around 5 PM, as I rarely saw anyone at the reception and even had to go upstairs to find assistance. The place is quiet, the room is spacious but slightly rundown. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay and conveniently close to the airport, with a few laundry options nearby.
26.03.30 Beautiful surroundings, comfortable room. Good communication & ride to/from the airport worked very well. Easy walk to the main road where there are shops & places to eat & drink. Only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay.
26.03.13 Has a lot of charm, very clean place. They picked me up from the airport. I liked it a lot but i felt that it was worth the lower end of the pricing bracket that i managed to book it in. It wasnt so good that it was worth the higher price. Its good if you need a place to stay near the airport and get the lower price.

The hotel manager said he would approve a full refund, but no chance of that from Agoda who said it was a no cancellation booking type.
But if you arrive and don't accept it surely thats not a no show!! Grrrrr
