1. Slow check in even the queue is not that long. 2. Unhelpful staff and service: I booked a deluxe two queen bed room, but they only provide two towels. I asked for more towels they rejected me saying by policy they only provide two towels! Do note that this room can accomodate 4 adults, 4 pax breakfast buffet was provided as well. After explaining to them they finally provide the extra towels. 3. Flies around the breakfast buffet. Not hygenic but thank god we didnt have any food poisoning. Food selection was limited. Two days of breakfast options were similar. 4. Crowded facility, including swimming pool and kids club. Maybe I just went at the peak period. Kids club's toys were limited and crowded. 5. Run down room condition. A few paintings were peeling off, faulty lights, faulty towel hangar, stained tiles. 6. Cleaning crew with limited communication ability: we requested the room cleaning service staff to come 30mins later as we are cleaning the kids before going out. We specifically said come back after 30 mins and he acknowledged it. We came back after 5 hours and the room was not clean! He didnt understand the instructions and didnt bother to come back to clean until we called back to the receptionist. Good points: provide extra bottled waters WITHOUT questions asked. Near to Afamosa zoo.

Located in AFamosa which is 1.5 hours from KL. Breakfast selection was great and delicious but due to crowd hence we had to have our breakfast in ballroom. Room was spacious and clean! Lift is quite slow and not many but can manage on timing to go up/down of lift. Overall recommended!

Nice hotel overall. Everything was good except the air conditioning wasn’t as cool as expected. However, the staff were very helpful and made a genuine effort to fix the issue, which was greatly appreciated. Their excellent service made the stay more enjoyable.
