26.01.15I would have given 5 stars if this property were truthful in stating that they actually are a guesthouse and charge a guesthouse rate! However, they claim to be a 4-star hotel as can be seen on the screenshot. This place is NOT even a hotel. It does not have a front desk, a duty manager, a phone in the room to call their staff or toiletries in the bathroom! They don't even provide a shower gel; we needed to buy one ourselves. Their door key card system does not work; a physical key is provided for guests and the door does not automatically lock on closure. The door needs to be manually locked everytime. There is no climate control system in the room; only a small electric heater is provided which is not adequate when outside is -20c. The room becomes brutally cold as the night progresses. They don't have a proper closet to keep clothes. They don't provide daily cleaning everyday. This place is definitely not a 4-star hotel! But, they do charge more than real 3-star hotels downtown. One positive thing is that their breakfast is quite decent: and, the lady attending the breakfast is so kind even though she does not speak English much.
