Positives: enough space for 4 ppl, beds comfortable, heating worked well, large family fridge, washing machine, quiet location, easy to walk everywhere, close to train station Negatives: terrible pillows

The location is perfect. Walking distance from Ninenzaki, Gion and Nishiki Market. There is a near bus station. It is easy to get taxi from here. You can see Maikos and Geishas. The room is so big compared to the usual hotel sizes in Japan. You can even cook food. There is a dining table where you can eat. I would love to get this room again if I go back to Kyoto

Pros: modern, wall ACs, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, shuttle there (not back) Cons: hard mattresses, one burner stove, one key, no extra pillows, combo washer/dryer slow and wrinkles (untwist clothes before dry), toilet runs long

We loved the apt and the location is amazing!

Good location and had the amenities we needed. I also appreciate that there is luggage storage after checkout. I just wish the check in process is improved - it is cumbersome to check in at the Resi reception counter, only to go to another place. The number of shuttles are also not sufficient for the volume of guests. We ended up taking the bus with all our luggages as estimate for the shuttle would take 3 more trips before our turn (arnd 1.5 hrs).
