designated parking is right infront of our room, all our needs were met, front desk staff has excellent customer service. highly recommended.

Great cheap little room perfect as a base of operations for exploring Moab. Air conditioner was a little bit hard to use at first and a bit loud, but once we got the hang of it it was lovely.

Was allowed to stay an extra 2hrs after my initial checkout time, while I waited for my airport shuttle to arrive!!!!

This is a hole in the wall place. good if you are only looking for a place to sleep. The shower took forever to get warm just as the clerk warned us. He was trying to be as helpful as possible. The furniture was dusty. The location is close to Arches National Park
