Oakwood Suites Tiwanon Bangkok

Our stay is great however someone stole my husband's airpords placed on top of the TV console. Thankful for the cleaner but they clean our room even we didn't ask them to clean it when we are outside.

The day we checkin the smell so bad at the checkin counter. In the room bed bathroom are clean but no curtain people outside can see in the room from pantry and living room. The smell so bad from sink drain and bathroom drain.

Room is nice. bed and pillows are comfortable. Cleaning sinks and bathroom need to be done better. I still see food debris on the toilet sink after it was cleaned. Trash left on the floor from the previous user of the room. Restaurant food is okay. Location- good for grab and train station. Food choices outside the hotel- not much at all.

Beautiful hotel, English speaking staff, phenomenal breakfast, right next to BTS, and a washing machine in our kitchen!

The room was ok for 2 people, bed was very comfortable and 4 large pillows supplied and 2 air-conditioned units (outdated and need replacing) room camera with a washer/dryer combo which was ideal, kitchen had a fridge, microwave, coffee and tea supplied however no dish washing liquid or sponge. Water was complimentary and a stove and kettle supplied however lacking utensils such as knife and scissors. The living room came with a small couch and some cushions and TV supplied. The bathroom sink was small and needs replacing as water takes long to go down, mouldy tiles which needs attention ASAP, the shower itself was OK, water pressure not that great and only a small amount of soap and shampoo supplied however you can ask for more I am sure. The linens aren't replaced daily unless asked which was ok. The hotel itself is located next to the MRT and 2 x 7/11 and some local street vendors across the road (hard to cross especially during paek hours) and with the MRT and busy road being so close the noise is quite loud and not much things to do close by Staff at reception needs some custom service training as 1 even was seen playing with her phone whilst guests was waiting, but the door guys and security guards were all very polite Overall a 3 out of 5 and would stay again only if needed
